More than thirteen years of experience in Human Resources Management & Development field having extensive experience in establishing HR & Training department with the alignment of corporate vision, mission, and corporate values, long term strategy, HR policies, training & development policies, OD functions, performance-improving tools, managing Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR).

Working as Senior Manager-HR with Petrochem (Bangladesh) Limited. As a HR Professional, more than six years experience in M. M. Ispahani Limited and Unifill Group. As a professional Trainer & Guest Lecturer (Human Resources & Social Compliance), I am regularly conducting HR Planning training in Small and Cottage Industries Training Institute (SCITI). I have conducted several training on Human Resources & Career Planning in the International University of Business & Agriculture Technology (IUBAT) & Shahajalal University of Science & Technology (SUST).

Worked as a Youth Facilitator of Movah! (Movement for ASRH) UNFPA Asia Regional Project “Strengthening Advocacy for ASRH Programs through Youth Initiative” (RAS5R205)2004-2007 and as a Young Advocate of National Youth Forum under, Adolescent Sexual & Reproductive Health (ASRH) & HIV/AIDS Program of UNFPA Bangladesh since 30 June 2003 to 30 June 2007. Participated 3rd Asia Pacific Conference on Reproductive & Sexual Health at Malaysia in 2005 and UNFPA 7TH COUNTRY PROGRAMME ACTION PLAN (CPAP) STAKEHOLDERS’ MEETING as a YOUTH REPRESENTATIVE of Bangladesh.

Completed Masters in Human Resources Management from Dhaka University. Also completed Masters in Business Administration (HRM) from Stamford University Bangladesh and Bachelor (Hons) in Public Administration from ShahJalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet, Bangladesh.
